CCC: Capital Crooks Csn started as a sketch on the bridge, scribbled between headings, and grew into the lean toolkit we always wished we had within arm's reach.

CCC: Capital Crooks Csn was built on a simple principle, and the short version is that there is very little to explain — because we don't collect anything at all.
Nothing. CCC: Capital Crooks Csn requires no account, name, or email, and never accesses your location, contacts, or device identifiers. The values you enter — a speed in knots, an eye or mast height, a saved baseline in the Quick Log — are typed by you and never leave the screen in front of you.
Because we never gather any information, there is nothing for us to use, profile, or sell. Every conversion, horizon estimate, and locked baseline is computed locally, in the moment, purely to hand you the number you asked for.
Anything you save lives only in the app's own storage on your device. There is no CCC: Capital Crooks Csn cloud, no remote backup, and no server that receives or syncs your entries. If a value isn't on your phone, it doesn't exist anywhere.
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising networks, behavioral trackers, or marketing SDKs. It doesn't talk to outside services while you use it — which is exactly why it keeps working with the radios off.

If this policy ever changes, we'll revise the text and update the Effective Date above so the current version is always clear. Continued use after an update reflects acceptance of the revised terms.
